Equal Opportunities
General
The Genki School of Shiatsu is committed to an open and non-discriminatory approach to gender, race, religion / faith, disability, and sexual orientation.
Whereas these principles are fundamental to the ethical practice and study of Shiatsu, the School strives to promote and maintain high standards of tolerance, and accessibility for all students.
Training with the Genki School of Shiatsu invariably involves working within a peer group, and it is equally important that students understand and practice tolerance and equanimity toward their fellow students.
Online Student Resources
Internet access is not a requirement for studying Shiatsu with the Genki School. The School maintains an online student support facility via the Members Area of this web site, however most of the course specific documentation contained in the Members Area is automatically provided to students as course material in printed format.
Any documents made available within the Members Area and that fall outside the curriculum are also available from the School in alternative forms. For students who might be unable to conveniently access the Internet, or unwilling to do so, the School is also able to provide the non-syllabus material that is currently published online, via CD ROM* or paper copy*.
*The School reserves the right to levy a charge to cover production and postage costs.
