Qi Gong

Genki School of Shiatsu With Sarah Wale MRSS(T)

Qi Gong is a system of standing and moving exercises that originate in ancient China.

Qi Gong is considered by many to work as an internal healing system, and develops strength, flexibility, and vitality. The value of this exercise system cannot be emphasised enough.

It isn't necessary for participants to be involved in Shiatsu to benefit from Qi Gong exercises - All are welcomed!

Shiatsu Practise Classes

Genki School of Shiatsu With Sarah Wale MRSS(T)

Genki's Shiatsu practice classes offer an ideal opportunity for students (and practitioners) to extend their experience under supervision and to work with students from other groups.

The classes are open to complete beginers as an introductory 'taster', and to students from other schools as a peer-support network.

The Shiatsu practise classes are preceeded by an optional one-hour Qi Gong class which is open to the general public as well as Shiatsu students.
