Year-2 Shiatsu Course

The Year 2 course is about studying the Zen Shiatsu system as developed by Sensei Masunaga.

Over the 12 weekends we continue to focus on self-development and self-awareness. This is combined with Masunaga's unique work of integrating mind, body and spirit.

Subjects including the extended meridian system, advanced diagnosis, and anatomy, physiology & pathology are studied together with the Shiatsu syllabus.

Subsequent to successful completion of course work, end of study-year assessments, and registration for the third year of Shiatsu study, graduates of this level receive the Genki School of Shiatsu Certificate of Competence which entitles practice as probationary practitioners.
